4.0 missing at 3000 rpm

my Cherokee starts missing and backfiring about 3000 rpm I replaced all my injectors replaced crank postion sensor replaced map sensor anybody else have this problem and know how to fix it

turns out it was my distributor I replaced it and got it up to 5500 rpms
